Appraiser
| The Lubbock Central Appraisal District is accepting
applications for an appraiser position. Responsibilities include office and field work associated with the mass appraisal of taxable real property which include inspection and classifying all types of real property for valuation purposes. A minimum of two years’ experience in appraisal and/or real estate and two years of college required. Preferred qualifications include RPA, four-year degree in related field/and or additional years of mass or fee appraisal experience. Salary commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
